Research Associate Norman Hallendy is a graduate of the Ontario College of Art in the field of Industrial Design. Spanning over 40 years, Hallendy has had a continuous relationship with the Inuit of Southwest Baffin Island. During this time, he has acquired an extensive body of traditional knowledge. He has been an invited Lecturer at numerous Canadian, American, and British universities. He is an associate of the World Archaeological Society, and a Fellow of the Royal Canadian Geographical Society.
