Northern Lights book chronicling history of Canadian sovereignty in the North named Scholarly and Academic Book of the Year

The Northern Lights Series book entitled "A Historical and Legal Study of Sovereignty in the Canadian North: Terrestrial Sovereignty, 1870-1939" by Gordon W. Smith and Edited by P. Whitney Lackenbauer has been named the Scholarly and Academic Book of the Year by the Book Publishers Association of Alberta (BPAA).
