As an Assistant Negotiator, Land Claims and Self-Government with the Government of the Northwest Territories, Cindy Allen researches aboriginal rights, treaty and inherent rights, negotiates the process, content and concepts of aboriginal self-government and land claims, writes reports and travels to Deline and other communities for negotiations and meetings.
